Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bubble Tea Barista to join our vibrant team (mainly for weekends). This role involves preparing and serving high-quality bubble tea beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in creating unique drink experiences for our customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop barista skills within a dynamic setting, ensuring a fun and engaging work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure all drinks meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising equipment and utensils regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times to ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required, including cleaning procedures and stock checks
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods
- A genuine interest in food preparation and beverage crafting is highly valued

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour
