Pay rate £13.00 - £14.00 per hour plus £2 per hour extra at weekends

Paid Travel time and enhanced weekend pay
Enhanced pay for Bank Holidays
Our shifts run from 07:00-13:00 and 16:00-22:00

Broomfield Care would require you to:

Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Be happy to work alone once trained
Be flexible to work shifts including weekends (weekend pay enhanced)

Have a calm ‘can do’ attitude
Prove your right to live and work in the UK
Attend training as and when required

Summary

As a Part Time Contracted Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. A valid driving license is required for this position and you may need to assist clients with transportation. Join our dedicated team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you support.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure a safe environment by adhering to first aid protocols and managing behavior as needed.
Drive clients to appointments and activities as required, maintaining a valid driving license.
