Beaudesert Park School is one of the UK's leading co educational prep schools, educating children aged 3 to 13 in the heart of the Cotswolds. Following its recent merger with Rugby School Group, the School is entering an exciting new chapter, combining its distinctive character and strong reputation with the investment, expertise and opportunities that come from being part of one of the country's leading educational groups.

We are looking for an experienced operational leader with:
· Senior leadership experience in operations, business management or a similar role
· Strong commercial and financial awareness
· Experience managing complex operations, projects or estates
· Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
