What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different! You'll be:
- Showing applicants around properties.
- Speaking with landlords and tenants to build lasting relationships.
- Matching people with their next home.
- Negotiating offers and securing lets.
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions.
- Progressing tenancies from enquiry through to move-in.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that sets CGT Lettings apart.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Loves working with people and building relationships.
- Is highly motivated.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Wants to build a successful, long-term career within the property industry.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own vehicle.
- Strong IT skills.
- Willingness to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
