Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking to build a career in HR and Payroll?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our HR and Payroll functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is keen to learn and develop within a busy and supportive environment.
Working closely with the HR and Payroll teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring employee records are maintained accurately, payroll information is processed efficiently and employees receive excellent support throughout their employment journey.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR and Payroll departments.
Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
Assisting with the processing of starters, leavers and employee changes.
Preparing payroll information and ensuring data is accurately entered into payroll systems.
Assist with the Time & Attendance system, including monitoring holidays, absences and working hours.
Processing annual leave, sickness and other employee absence records.
Preparing employment-related documents, including offer letters, contracts and correspondence.
Supporting the onboarding of new employees and ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded.
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
