Property Manager – Worcester

About Us

Andrew Grant is a long-established estate agency specialising in both Sales and Lettings across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. Our business is built around clear communication, robust organisation, and delivering a high level of service to our clients.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Property Manager to join our busy, professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in residential property who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: From £26,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
Annual Leave: 28 days including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Overseeing maintenance requests and managing repair issues efficiently.
Ensuring strict compliance with relevant housing legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Arranging and coordinating property rent reviews.
Coordinating and conducting routine property inspections.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records using property management software.
Promptly resolving landlord and tenant queries.
Vetting contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high, professional standard.

What We Are Looking For:

We need an organised, reliable individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in property management or managing a residential portfolio (preferred, but not essential).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach to challenges and a knack for problem-solving.
Knowledge of current UK lettings industry guidelines and regulations.
Confidence using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
The ability to travel independently across the region to conduct property inspections (access to a vehicle is required).
A dependable, professional approach with the ability to work both independently

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Worcester (Office-based with local travel)
