Recruitment Consultant

Location: Worcester

Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + benefits

Are you driven, ambitious, and passionate about connecting talented people with exciting career opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a sales or customer-focused background, we'll provide the support and training you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll play a key role in helping businesses attract top talent while supporting candidates in finding their next career move.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies.
Advertise roles across job boards and social media platforms.
Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills and experience.
Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.
Negotiate offers and provide advice to clients and candidates.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and recruitment systems.
Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments.

Good IT skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

Previous recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Full UK driving licence (if applicable).
