Operations Coordinator

WAM Engineering

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 26.5 – 32K dependant on experience

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role combining logistics, general office support, and customer service.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the sales and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Helps coordinate day-to-day business operations
Scheduling, stock/orders, suppliers, processes, reporting, resolving operational issues
Independent decision-making / problem solving
Ensuring workflows/processes happen as required
Coordination with other departments (accounts / warehouse)
Maintenance of internal workflow database (cost profile)
Analysis and maintenance of current and future material stock

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
Proactive and able to work independently
Professional, reliable, and personable

Previous experience in an engineering or administrative environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
