The role:

As Commis Sommelier you are someone who demonstrates:

Outstanding guest service skills
A passion for great wines accompanied by an appetite to build and share knowledge
The highest attention to detail
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
An engaging personality, able to communicate at all levels
Immaculate personal presentation
A great team player
Above all, flexibility – equally comfortable in all food & beverage outlets
