We're looking for an instructor with experience teaching gymnastics or dance to join our thriving team. The perfect candidate will have a great affinity for children, a positive coaching style, and be passionate about helping children to grow.

You Are:

Experienced coaches and strong beginner coaches welcome as we will have more roles available as our business grows. Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer or similar. Extensive training provided. Experience with children is very important. A positive attitude and growth mindset are essential.
The Role:
- Teach gymnastics The Little Gym Way at our Surrey club
- Train with and learn from our wider team across Surrey, Berkshire and Bucks
- Build positive relationships with members
- Support admin, customer service, events and marketing
- Learn how a successful children's sports business runs
- Grow a successful small business
The Details:
- 15-25 hours per week
- Some evenings + one weekend teaching day required
- Fun, supportive team with ongoing weekly training
- Pay range is dependent on experience (coaching, administration and management)
