Full job description

Job Summary
At Chaiiology Slough, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Front of House team. Key aspects of this role include:

Great communication skills and positive outlook.
Delight our customers by greeting them, taking orders and serving them in a friendly and professional manner
Manage time effectively to handle customer orders promptly and maintain a smooth workflow
Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
Adhere to food safety standards to ensure the health and well-being of all customers
Maintain a clean and tidy store according to our store standards

The role is 2-3 evenings in a week between 19:00 and 01:00, with some flexibility. Also ability to work weekends.

No experience neccesary as full training will be provided. However, you must be well presented, have a strong command of the english language, be able to deliver a warm and positive experience for our customers at all times and be a good team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour
