Full job description

A leading London law firm is looking for two experienced Executive Assistants to provide senior support to partners in its busy Commercial Real Estate team. Hybrid working, typically three days a week in the office.

This is a hands-on role combining classic executive and diary support with genuine matter-level involvement — including transactional work such as land registry applications. You'll be working closely with partners and fee earners in a fast-paced, high-quality environment, so strong organisation, attention to detail and the confidence to manage competing priorities are essential.

What we're looking for:

Ideally 3+ years' experience as an EA, with a transactional or property background
Commercial Real Estate experience is ideal, but we're also open to candidates from a residential property or conveyancing background
Comfortable with matter-level tasks alongside full diary, inbox and executive support
Confident building relationships with partners, fee earners and clients
Experience of Elite 3E is a bonus

Pay: £46,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
