Topioneer Care Ltd is a newly established CQC-registered domiciliary care provider committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care services across Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, and surrounding communities.
As we continue to grow and develop our services, we are seeking highly experienced, dedicated, and ambitious professionals to join our team as a Registered Manager and Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient and resident care. Candidates with extensive assisted living, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or hospice care experience are encouraged to apply. REGISTERED MANAGER
Location: Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire
Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and all statutory requirements.
- Lead the service through CQC inspections and maintain high-quality standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff.
- Conduct staff appraisals, spot checks, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns, incidents, accidents, complaints, and investigations are managed appropriately.
- Oversee care assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, NHS professionals, and stakeholders.
- Manage staffing levels, workforce planning, and recruitment activities.
- Monitor service quality, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of digital care records and management reports.
- Support business growth, contract development, and local networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Information Governance, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Work closely with the Director and Nominated Individual to achieve company objectives and strategic growth.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' management experience within domiciliary care.
Extensive knowledge of:
- CQC Regulations and Compliance
- Safeguarding Adults
- Mental Capacity Act
- Care Act 2014
- Health & Safety Regulations
- Recruitment and HR Procedures
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Excellent computer literacy, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Electronic Care Planning Systems
- Scheduling and Workforce Management Software
Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
CARE COORDINATOR
Location: Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire
Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule care visits efficiently to ensure continuity of care.
- Prepare and manage staff rotas while maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Allocate care workers to service users according to skills, availability, and care requirements.
- Liaise with service users, families, social workers, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with care assessments, reviews, and care package implementation.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of care staff.
- Ensure all care calls are covered and respond promptly to emergencies or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, care schedules, and staff files.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new care staff.
- Monitor training compliance and mandatory training requirements.
- Assist with audits, quality assurance activities, and compliance monitoring.
- Process referrals and support business development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining excellent customer service and positive client relationships.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Care Coordinator within domiciliary care.
Excellent understanding of care scheduling and workforce management.
Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Care Management Software
- Digital Scheduling Systems
Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
