We are now seeking a Head of Marketing – Skin Care to lead our global category strategy, elevate our ingredient storytelling, and accelerate growth across our most dynamic innovation platforms.
This is a role for a strategic marketer with scientific depth, someone who can translate complex ingredient technology into emotionally resonant, commercially powerful narratives.

What You Will Lead
- Global Skin Care Category Strategy. Own the vision, direction, and commercial roadmap for Croda’s skin care portfolio, identifying where we win and where we grow.

Innovation & Big Bet Platforms. Drive strategic innovation across skincare portfolio, delivery systems, sensory technologies, and sustainable emulsification.

Trend Intelligence. Anticipating global shifts in skin biology, consumer behaviour, and competitive moves. Translate insights into actionable strategy.

Portfolio Leadership. Shape and optimise the global portfolio, ensuring margin protection, category coherence, and long‑term value creation.

Customer‑Facing Impact. Elevate Croda Beauty’s presence with best‑in‑class storytelling, technical authority, and differentiated ingredient narratives.

Cross‑Regional Influence. Lead global marketing forums, align regional execution, and ensure consistent delivery of high‑value initiatives.

Team Leadership. Develop and coach a small high‑performing team, building future leaders in category, brand, and innovation marketing including succession plan.

Marketing Plan. Leads the development of marketing plans ensuring they deliver business value and ensures communication of marketing plans to relevant parties

Central contributor to SBU or geographical territory strategy
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of skin care science, formulation, or ingredient technology

Proven experience in B2B beauty or specialty ingredients
