Job Summary

About Us

Greaves 3D Engineering designs, manufactures, and supplies world-leading pit lane equipment. We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled CNC Machinist / Offline Programmer to join our team and help drive our reputation for engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set, and operate CNC milling and turning machinery to manufacture precision components
Create and optimise CNC programs using offline programming software
Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies for efficient production
Monitor and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met
Identify opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle times
Maintain equipment and ensure it operates efficiently
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
Experience with offline programming software
Strong knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic

Desirable:

HyperMILL experience
