About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technology Support & Solutions Specialist to administer, support and develop our core housing system and other business systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administering, supporting and continuously improving key business systems, including the Core Housing System.
- Ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and compliant.
- Acting as an escalation point in the Housing Systems Helpdesk for complex system issues and incidents.
- Working with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and digital projects.
- Championing digital best practice, data quality and cyber security across supported systems.
- Carrying out regular and scheduled out of hours system tasks to help support systems.
- Ensuring digital application contracts are maintained in an effective and timely manner.
What You'll Bring
- Experience configuring and supporting business scale systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience working with data, reporting and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of system security, governance standards and data security
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience of housing systems, digital projects or project delivery would be advantageous.
