Overview

Part-time, 3 days per week

We are seeking a part-time person to work three days aweek.

To be an organised administrative clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. This position requires computerised systems, data entry, and excellent phone etiquette. The Administrative Clerk will support daily office functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Duties

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, maintaining a professional phone etiquette.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Support the administrative team with various clerical duties as needed, contributing to a collaborative office environment.
A willingness to learn new systems including invoicing.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Excellent customer service.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
