Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction teams, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all site activities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Supervise site personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management of workers and subcontractors.
Monitor health and safety compliance across the site, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
Control site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and waste management.
Prepare progress reports and address any issues that may impact project delivery.
Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Skills

Proven management experience within the construction industry with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and team members.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
Ability to resolve problems swiftly whilst maintaining high standards of quality control.
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to managing multiple aspects of construction projects.

This role offers a dynamic environment for a motivated professional eager to lead complex construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
