Your Responsibilities
Sales Development

Contact SMEs through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Learn how to introduce services effectively and generate interest
Research businesses to understand their challenges and requirements

Client Engagement

Arrange meetings with prospective clients
Build confidence through real customer conversations and interactions

Understanding Customer Needs

Gain insight into how businesses manage operational and logistics challenges
Support the delivery of clear, practical solutions that meet customer needs

Training and Progression

Participate in structured onboarding, coaching sessions, and role-play training
Begin building and managing your own sales pipeline
Work towards securing your first deals with support from experienced team members

Account Development

£30,000 base salary
