About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT&D team supporting Reckitt’s Northern European factories in Nottingham. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Working closely with the IT Portfolio Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of IT&D initiatives across factory operations.

Your responsibilities

Track and report on IT&D project progress, budgets, and value realization
Coordinate local and global IT&D services and products across factory operations
Develop and maintain process documentation, use cases, and business requirements
Participate in stakeholder meetings and build strong relationships with business and IT teams
Support compliance and governance activities, including stage gate documentation and service reviews
Contribute to the simplification and standardization of IT solutions within factories
Assist with data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Ensure effective communication and alignment between IT portfolio management and factory operations
Monitor and optimize IT&D initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment

The experience we're looking for

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Genuine interest in IT and driving digital transformation within manufacturing or FMCG environments
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT business analysis, project management, or portfolio management
Comfortable using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies (advantageous but not essential)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build positive relationships across functions
Commitment to continuous learning and contributing to innovative IT solutions
