Year 1: Package of c. £32k (£27k + £3k performance related bonus scheme + paid uplift rate & overtime)
- Uplift rate of £16ph when working as a Shift Manager
Year 2: Package of c. £37k (£30k + £3k performance related bonus scheme + paid uplift rate + overtime + access to £5k bonus pot)

Duration: Full-time, 24-month structured programme with the opportunity of a full-time retail management role afterwards if successful

Across two structured & dynamic years, you'll gain hands-on experience across retail sales, customer service, operations, product merchandising & marketing – with the aim of progressing in year 2 to be a fully-fledged, hands-on retail manager.

Programme Structure
Year One: Business Foundations & Department Rotation
Gain comprehensive retail & customer service experience while building essential skills through structured modules.
Year 1: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Operations & Despatches Time Frame: July 2026 – July 2027
Retail, Sales & Customer Service
- Demonstrate high calibre sales results
- Meeting the company’s minimum KPIs on sales & customer service reviews
- Become a company product champion
- Become a keyholder for the site
- Work in the Customer Service Team, taking bookings, handling queries
- Weekly product merchandising & site showroom preparation for key trading shifts
- Operational problem-solving and site maintenance
- The ability to become a Retail Shift Manager & Customer Service Team Coordinator
- Learning rotas & shift plans
Operations, Order Fulfilment & Despatches
- Managing customer queries by phone and email
- Handling live orders and complaint resolution
- Goods-in and dispatch process training
- QA product checking & problem solving

- Become a team leader within our Dress Preparation teams
Marketing
- Content creation
- Social media posting plan
- Website product changes, merchandising & presentation
- Photo & video editing
- Working as part of the marketing team (c. April – July 2027)
- Become part of our photoshoot teams, help to coordinate logistics, planning & be involved in content creation
Assessment & Progression Preparation

Year Two: Leadership & Responsibility
Time Frame: July 2027 – June 2028

- Become a Trainer – roll out training, performance & management of new staff
- Become a Shift Manager - manage a team of up to 10 individuals across varying shift times, proactively & continually evaluating an ever-evolving daily workload list.
