Shift Process Operator (4 On, 4 Off)
We are currently recruiting for 4 Shift Process Operators at our West Thurrock site;
- 1 X PAC Plant
- 2 X HCL Load
- 1 X Chlor Alkali Plant

We are recruiting for a Shift Process Operator, who are responsible for stock control and quality assurance, supply to customer requirements and for deliveries being met on time.
Tasks include:
- · Ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues, those working on the plant and visitors to the plant
- Use of Data Acquisition software to monitor the condition and parameters of tanker loading and stock
- Reading instruments and making adjustments to settings as required
- Manual operation of valves, pumps and set points.
- Taking scheduled samples for lab analysis.
- Supervision of goods in and out, including loading, unloading of road tankers and using forklift trucks.
- Physical data logging onto paper and computer records for archiving.
- Some manual work including housekeeping and replacing filters etc.
- Ensure that any problems are reported to the relevant supervisor/department immediately
- Ensure that personal protective clothing is worn at all times, and is in good order
- Ensure a thorough and efficient handover is completed by logbook and verbal
Hours: As this is a 24/7 site you are required to work on a 4 On, 4 Off shift pattern which will include shifts covering nights and weekends and bank holidays
