Warranty Claims Advisor

Harlow | £26,514.90 per annum | Permanent, Full-time | Reports to Warranty Triage Team Leader

Working Hours

38.8 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -1pm

We're looking for a customer-focused Warranty Claims Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

Managing warranty claims administration and supporting customers throughout their claim journey
Answering calls and responding to emails from policyholders, repairers and other third parties
Managing inboxes, updating systems and ensuring claim information is accurately recorded
Providing claim updates and explaining policy terms and conditions
Gathering information and documentation needed to progress claims
Working with customers and colleagues to ensure claims are handled efficiently
Delivering excellent customer service and meeting team performance targets
Handling complaints professionally and in line with company procedures
Working in accordance with company and industry standards
Other reasonable duties as required.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Desirable:

Experience in insurance, claims handling, or customer service administration

What you’ll bring:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
A high level of literacy and numeracy 
Active listening skills 
Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations 
Good written and oral communication skills 
Ability to work effectively under pressure both within a team or on own initiative 
Good planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritise
