Full job description

This role is focused towards providing sales administration and operational support to the business.

This office-based position involves the full sales order and dispatch process. From the point of when an order is received to dispatched and invoiced, the candidate will be involved every step of the way. Typical tasks will be creating new sales orders, picking the parts (light weight work), packing, checking all orders are correct before dispatch, confirming delivery and invoicing the clients. Surrounding this process other duties are performed such as stock checks, goods receipt, managing returns with the technical team, ensuring projects are on track from an operational perspective, liaising with clients on their enquiries and credit control.

Having a natural desire to ensure all work is 100% accurate is highly desirable to help us ensure we meet our clients’ needs. An interest in understanding why processes are important is also highly desirable.

Ideally the candidate should have experience in an administration type of role. A good level of general IT skills is essential.

Training on ICON systems is provided in house and as part of the role

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,500.00 per year
