Full job description

Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until March 2027

Grade: TM3

Target Salary: £35,180 per annum

Location: Bircham Newton – on average two days in the office per week following initial face to face training

CITB is on the lookout for a dynamic Levy Operations Co-ordinator who’s ready to deliver outstanding customer service, expertly manage employer accounts, and play a key role in driving the success of the CITB Levy lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

Effective account management and support of all activities within the CITB Levy Lifecyle, including:
Registration of new employers
Review and maintenance of information held on the CITB Levy Register
Administration of employer accounts (e.g. changes to status, scope, contact details, online account support etc)
Support in Levy Returns and Assessments
Support with the collection of CITB Levy collection
Responsibility for the delivery of a professional customer service and experience – exceeding our customer’s expectations by taking ownership of every customer interaction ensuring an excellent standard of service every time.
Providing support and guidance to ensure customer adherence to all relevant Levy related legislation and statutory requirements whilst complying with all regulatory requirements.
Effective use of all available methods of customer communication including telephony (both inbound and outbound), emails, correspondence, virtual face to face and future methods adopted.
To ensure timely delivery of workload is completed to required quality benchmarks
To provide on the job training, knowledge sharing and collaboration to support to new and existing team members

What we’re looking for:

Essential

Clear, confident and persuasive communicator at appropriate levels demonstrated by a variety of written, verbal and face-to-face methods
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
Strong customer focus with enhanced customer handlings skills (including handling difficult customers)
Problem-solving skills and dispute resolution skills
Self-motivate and able to manage and complete own workload within timescales
Committed, enthusiastic and professional
Computer literate with a high attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

Experience of working in a customer services team
Working within a regulated environment
Working knowledge of CITB Levy scheme and systems used in the administration of this scheme.
