Full job description

Dulcis is an independent food business that services authentic Italian gelato and pasticcini (our beloved bite-sized Italian cake) to Cambridge's sophisticated clientele in the great Rose Crescent scenario.

We're looking for an outstanding senior pastry cook who can make, cakes and pasticcini by following our authentic Italian' recipes. The successful candidate must have an innate passion for baking and a proven track record of baking experiences ( experience within Italian patisseries will be a plus!).

The position primarily involves preparing and bake our Italian cakes but also, creating innovative and intriguing new receips. it will also include gelato preparation and saltaurly serving our customers. Initial training will be provided by the Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

Follow the existing recipes to produce desserts and gelato.
Creativily formulate innovate and intring menus with the head chef
Prepare the desserts in a timely manner.
Be able to provide customer service and explain the menu.
Be able to work well in a team environment and independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.75-£12.95 per hour
