Full job description

As a handover / Porsche product specialist or a Porsche Pro which is what we call ithis role in the Porsche World, you will be a true brand ambassador within the Porsche Centre, using your enthusiasm and gained knowledge of the Porsche brand and products to enhance the customer experience, and further grow the reputation of Porsche Centre
You will create unexpected and personalised moments of delight within the sales process both inside and outside of the Porsche Centre, ensuring at all times and high-quality and exclusive customer service. If you have a passion for cars, then this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities will include:

Creating fascinating moments and inspiring customer enthusiasm for the brand and the products.
Ensuring that you are up to date in the technology, trends and competitor products to provide high level knowledge for both customers and colleagues.
Informing and up-date our Porsche Centre visitors about Porsche models and history.
Enabling a customer centric, fascinating experience, supporting the efficient knowledge sharing amongst all of our Porsche employees.
Conducting test drives, to foster this most critical decision factor for interested customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach!
It is essential that you have a valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
Training will be provided on site, at group level and supported by our manufacturer partners

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
