We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Trainee Butcher to join our friendly team. No previous butchery experience is required – we'll provide full training for the right person. What you'll be doing:
- Learning all aspects of traditional butchery from experienced butchers.
- Preparing and presenting meat to a high standard.
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and following food hygiene standards.
- Receiving and storing deliveries.
- Helping with stock rotation and general day-to-day shop duties.
