Salary: From £31,000 per annum + benefits

Are you an experienced Pest Control Technician looking for more than just another route? We’re hiring for a Pest Control Technician for Check Services which is part of the Pest Control Partnership Group.

At Check Services Ltd, we specialise in supporting some of the UK's most prestigious food manufacturing businesses, including large flour mills, industrial bakeries, and high-profile food production sites. The Role

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial customers across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas, delivering professional pest management services to some of the UK's most demanding environments.

You'll carry out planned inspections, identify risks, implement effective pest control solutions, and provide expert advice that helps customers maintain the highest levels of compliance and food safety.

Most importantly, you'll have the time, equipment, and technical support needed to do the job properly.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver scheduled pest control inspections and treatments across commercial sites.
Monitor pest activity and implement effective long-term control strategies.
Produce detailed digital service reports and technical recommendations.
Build trusted relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Work closely with our Technical Officers, Field Biologists, and Area Managers to resolve complex pest issues.
Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Support customers operating within highly regulated food manufacturing environments.

What We're Looking For

Minimum one year's pest control experience.
RSPH Level 2 Award/Certificate (or BPCA equivalent) in Pest Management.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
A professional, self-motivated approach to your work.
