Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our friendly and growing team in Cromer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, with real scope for progression as the company continues to expand.

Key responsibilities:

Acting as the primary contact for tenants, addressing queries efficiently and professionally.
Overseeing property maintenance, including organising both routine and urgent repairs.
Conducting periodic property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
Managing end-of-tenancy procedures, including deposit negotiations and dispute handling.
Monitoring rent payments and proactively following up on arrears.
Keeping property records, tenancy agreements, and compliance documentation up to date.
Ensuring all properties comply with current legislation and safety standards.
Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating any changes to agreements.
Coordinating with external contractors, insurers, and other professional services.
Providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in property management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
ARLA qualification (or similar) is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
