About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Media Strategist to join SCROll STOP and help our work winning efforts by bringing strategies and proposals to life. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and design, spotting trends before they peak and translating them into content plans that actually move the needle for our clients' brands.

This is a great role for someone who is naturally organised, has a sharp eye for design, and genuinely understands what makes people stop scrolling and start buying.

What You'll Be Doing

Researching and tracking social and cultural trends relevant to ecommerce and DTC brands
Building structured content and campaign plans that balance creativity with what's realistic to produce
Supporting the design and layout of decks, storyboards, and creative concepts for client proposals
Analysing performance data to understand what's working and feeding those insights back into strategy
Keeping projects, timelines, and client folders organised so nothing falls through the cracks
Collaborating closely with the creative and account teams to bring ideas to life

What We're Looking For

A genuine understanding of social marketing, particularly for ecommerce and DTC brands
Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
A good eye for design, whether that's in decks, storyboards, or content formats
Curiosity and a hunger to grow within the agency, this role has a clear progression path
Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (not essential, but a bonus)
A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast paced agency environment
