We are looking to recruit a new cheesemaker to join our small friendly team on a Part-timetime permanent basis.
Ideally the successful candidate will have Some experience in Cheesemaking or working in a food production environment, food hygiene & HACCP knowledge would also be an advantage. you must be physically able to undertake manual work, including standing and lifting and have high standards of personal hygiene.
we do also appreciate that people need to gain experience and we are happy to give training to the right enthusiastic candidate.
The job role covers all aspects of cheesemaking from production through to maturation, cleaning equipment and premises as required, completion of associated records and documentation.
We operate 7 days a week - the job is 3/4 days a week but does include a weekend day on a rota basis.
3 x 6 am starts & 1 x 9am Start - finish time is generally around 3.30pm
