Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on and online technical support. This is a full-time, office-based position with some travel, including occasional overnight stays, and full training will be provided in both the UK and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Provide in-person, telephone, and email support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for both software and hardware installations.
Diagnose, test, and repair mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
Facilitate software deployment, updates, and customer training.
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Avonnex’s offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools.
Customer-Focused Communication
A proactive, “Can do” approach
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and documentation.
Additional Requirements
Clean driving license and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
