We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest, committed Manager with a ‘can do’ attitude who will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Family Entertainment Centres (Arcades) at our Hemsby Beach Holiday Park which incorporates the operation of amusement arcades as well as maintenance of ten pin bowling, ensuring a safe and fun environment for guests.
Main responsibilities of this role will be to ensure the successful day to day running of the Family Entertainment Centres whilst maintaining the company’s vision and values, promoting a high standard of customer service, leading team members and dealing with guests, also ensuring legislative regulations are followed and undertaking Duty Manager responsibilities including opening and closing procedures when required. Knowledge of the Gambling Act will be preferred and previous experience or knowledge of amusements would be beneficial.
Duties of our Family Entertainment Centre Manager will include:
- Manage cash handling procedures including the precise completion of financial reports;
- Daily reconciliation of arcade floats;
- Managing the day to day arcade operations, ensuring all machines and facilities are functioning efficiently
- Monitor cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Recruiting, training and leading a small team
- Management of stock
Working weekends, evenings and bank holidays will form part of the working week.
