Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, ensuring high-quality patient care across diverse populations. Your expertise will support the health and well-being of our community through proactive diagnosis, treatment, and health education. Responsibilities

Deliver thorough medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Manage patient care by prescribing medications, administering treatments, and coordinating follow-up care.
Conduct clinical research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and advance medical practices.
Provide specialized care for elderly patients in nursing homes, hospice settings, or home care environments.
Utilize medical imaging tools and anatomy knowledge to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Support public health initiatives by participating in community health programs and preventive screenings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, including ICU experience when necessary.

Skills

Extensive experience in clinical research and evidence-based medicine practices.
Knowledge of public health principles and community health strategies.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to primary care diagnostics.
Exceptional patient care skills with a focus on empathy, communication, and professionalism.
Deep understanding of human anatomy to inform accurate diagnoses and treatments.
Experience with medication administration across various healthcare settings including nursing homes and home care.
Familiarity with senior care, palliative care protocols, and managing complex health needs of vulnerable populations.
