Are you looking for hours that suit you? if so this job might be ideal for you. we can give you hours that fit in with you. all we ask is that you work every other weekend.

A Care Support Worker enables Service Users to live a full and rewarding life within their own home/community. If you are reliable, kind, caring and a good listener and would like to be apart of our team, please apply.

Our work day is 6.00am to 11.00pm - (you will NOT be expected to work all 4 shifts) 7 days a week but you will work alternative weekends. If successful, you will be able to decide which shifts you work within reason.

In addition to the hourly rate One to One Homecare also pay you travelling time between each of your clients and an additional rate for mileage of 42p per mile, also 3 day paid training. 5.6 weeks paid holiday. Free uniform. We have a refer a friend bonus scheme too. Carer of the month reward. Friendly Supportive team that are available on-call

Also if you are a student studying Health and Social Care we can offer you hours that work around your studies.

We are looking for Full and Part Time Workers.

Car Drivers are desirable but not essential

The key objective of the role is to provide the level of support required by each individual service user to fill the gap between what they are personally able to do and what they actually need to be able to do to lead an independent life in their own home.

All job-holders are required to work within the framework of the individual service users care plans and shared action plans to ensure that all of their needs are met.

Additionally, job-holders are to assume overall responsibility for their well being and acting as a vital link between the service user and all the other component parts of their life.

Main Role Purpose:

To provide care to individuals, participation and contribute toward the rehabilitation, independence and support of our Service Users Supporting them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Performing a wide range of tasks according to individual needs.

Personal Care: To assist with –

Washing/Bathing
Dressing
Toileting / Emptying Commode
Assisting to eat/drink
Personal Appearance
Prompting/Administering Medication

Domestic Care:

Laundry
Domestic tasks within the home
Meal Preparation

Social Care:

Shopping
Socialising

Specific Responsibility:

To know and work by One to One Homecare Ltd. Policy and Procedure.
Work to ensure the Security of all our Service Users.
To maintain Confidentiality at all times.
To report any concerns or issues regarding the welfare of our Service User's to the office.

The aim of One to One Homecare Ltd is to provide the highest possible level of
Community Care while promoting a person’s right to Choice, Dignity and Personal Independence.

We provide full and comprehensive training for the role of Care Support Worker.

We provide aprons, gloves, masks, hand gel and visors.

We offer competitive rates of pay, mileage and we pay Travel Time going to and from our clients.
