Summary

We are seeking a skilled IPAF Operator/Demolition Operative to join our team in. This vital role involves operating specialized equipment and supporting demolition projects that align with our mission of safe and efficient site clearance. Based in, you will contribute to our ongoing success by ensuring high standards of safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Operate IPAF equipment safely and efficiently on demolition sites.
Support demolition activities by handling hand tools.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
Qualifications
Driving lisence preffered.
CSCS Minimum
Valid IPAF certification.
Proven experience operating excavators and other heavy machinery.
Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to demolition equipment.
Valid commercial driving license.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Physical fitness to handle demanding site conditions.
Prior experience in demolition or construction is preferred.
