Job description
We are looking for an exceptional Sports Massage Therapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team of chiropractors, sports therapists, physiotherapists and front desk team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a new graduate or an experienced Sports Massage Therapist at any stage in your career to work alongside our team of skilled therapists. Participation in in-house CPD or developmental activities will also be offered.
Shifts are Monday to Friday and a mix of either 9am- 2pm or 2:30-7:30pm. There will be two 7:30pm finishes, or more if preferred . The role requires working 9am-1pm every other Saturday.

Thrive is a busy family run clinic with a great local reputation. We are regularly recommended by patients, local GP's, pharmacies and gyms. Our clinic is located just minutes from Buckingham town centre but with a relaxed countryside feel and charming farm yard surroundings. We have an expanding, friendly and hard-working team of chiropractors, podiatrists, sports therapists and fantastic clinic reception team. We have monthly CPD meetings and regular case discussions where we all learn and benefit from each others skills and experiences. We have summer and Christmas socials.
Candidate requirements
- A qualified Sports Massage Therapist.
- Superb interpersonal skills and empathy
- Someone who strives to leave a positive lasting impression on their clients.
Desirable criteria
- Over 1 year of varied musculoskeletal experience.
- Experience of working in private practice
- Good exercise rehabilitation knowledge and application
- Full UK driving licence
