About the role

To assist in the delivery of a high quality cleansing service throughout the borough in accordance with the Council's policies and service specification. The Operative will work either individually or as a member of a team and be responsible for the use of service vehicles or any ancillary equipment associated with the provision of the street cleansing service.

About you

A sound understanding of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
Ability to carry out all duties in accordance with safety procedures, ensuring personal safety, and safety of others.
Ability to influence remote workers to make changes to work practice to achieve positive outcome
