Responsibilities

Assist qualified nursery staff in delivering high-quality childcare and early childhood education programs
Support children with daily activities, including play, learning exercises, and meal times
Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety guidelines at all times
Engage with children through interactive play, encouraging social skills and emotional development
Help organize activities that promote creativity, exploration, and physical development
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive nursery experience
Support the management team in daily operational tasks and classroom organization

Skills

Experience working with children or in childcare settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Knowledge of early childhood education principles is advantageous but can be developed on the job
Ability to work well within a team while also showing initiative independently
Valid driving license is desirable for roles requiring transportation or home visits
Management skills that support organization, supervision, and problem-solving in a busy nursery environment
