Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive care. Duties

Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine diagnostics, brake servicing, and tyre replacements
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs
Replace faulty parts with precision, ensuring quality standards are met
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts utilised
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
Assist in the organisation of workshop tasks to optimise workflow

Qualifications

Full uk drivers license required

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle repair or maintenance preferred
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive technology are advantageous but not essential
Physical fitness to work on vehicles for extended periods and undertake manual tasks
