Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Assistant to join our team in the Ashby, Riddings, Isle area. As a key member of our care services, you will support clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence in their homes. Different shift patterns available.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders.
Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients and their families.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Document care activities accurately and report any concerns to supervisors.
Use your driving skills to transport clients when necessary.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a secure care environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in home care or related fields preffered but full training given.
Valid driving license.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to develop and follow care plans.
Basic IT skills for documentation and communication.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to different care needs and environments.
