We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Night Auditor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth overnight operation of the hotel.
This is a varied role where you'll combine guest service responsibilities with important overnight administrative and financial processes, helping to ensure the hotel is prepared for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night
Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures
Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day financial processes
Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports in line with company procedures
Ensure guest accounts and financial records are accurate
Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
Support the smooth running of the hotel during overnight shifts
Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, customer service or administration is desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and administrative skills
Excellent communication and guest service abilities
Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional and trustworthy approach
Positive, proactive and guest-focused attitude
