Full job description

Chef de Partie Join Our Kitchen Team

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team. You’ll take ownership of your section, help deliver consistently brilliant food and work alongside a supportive crew who believe a kitchen should be professional, organised and enjoyable.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Running your section confidently during busy services
Supporting junior members of the kitchen team
Helping with stock control, deliveries and reducing food waste
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Contributing ideas and helping us keep our menu fresh and exciting

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience as a Chef de partie, although we’d also love to hear from a strong Commis Chef who is ready to take the next step.

You’ll need to be organised, dependable and calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for great food. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who is happy to get stuck in.
