Electrician – Nexus Electrical Solutions Ltd (Grimsby)

Salary: £18–£24 per hour DOE
Job Type: Full‑time
Location: Grimsby & surrounding areas (commercial, industrial & FMCG sites)

Nexus Electrical Solutions Ltd is a commercial and industrial electrical contractor delivering safe, compliant and reliable services across the UK. We work across commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and fast‑paced FMCG environments, supporting both local and national clients.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and professional Electrician to join our growing team. You’ll carry out installation, maintenance and testing works across a variety of sites, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical installation & upgrades
LED & emergency lighting installation
Power distribution & containment
Industrial power & control systems
EICR testing, fault finding & remedial works
Planned & reactive maintenance
Installation of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Door Access and Data systems
Working safely and professionally on commercial & industrial sites
Completing documentation, certificates and job reports accurately

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
18th Edition (required)
ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent) desirable
Experience in commercial/industrial environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and a professional approach
Full UK driving licence
