Working within a modern, manufacturer-aligned repair facility, you'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The Role
As a Panel Technician, you will:
- Carry out structural and cosmetic vehicle body repairs to manufacturer and industry standards
- Repair and replace damaged panels using the latest repair techniques and equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Accurately complete repair documentation, job cards, and quality control records
- Use digital systems to record repair progress and upload supporting photographs
- Collaborate with colleagues across the bodyshop to ensure repairs are completed on time
- Maintain a safe, organised, and professional working environment
- Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Body Repair Technician, or Vehicle Body Repair Specialist
- NVQ Level 3, ATA Accreditation, or Manufacturer-Approved qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and repair processes
- A commitment to producing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer outcomes
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital workshop systems
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
