We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join this team within the Ogier Global group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, supporting group audits, and ensuring compliance with VAT, GST, and other tax regulations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA)
Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
Strong understanding of financial statements, audits, and tax compliance, including VAT and GST
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
