ROLE: Facilities Coordinator
HOURS: 40 hours a week

We're looking for a Facilities Management Facilities Assistant who will manage and allocate reactive and planned maintenance activities within a busy healthcare PFI environment, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality service delivery.
- Manage jeopardy across all reactive, planned and statutory maintenance tasks, prioritising high‑volume workloads to meet SLA and contractual requirements.
- Allocate reactive, planned and statutory works to engineers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication through agreed channels.
- Monitor PPM, statutory and Schedule to maintain full compliance.
- Track performance using live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidencing and adherence to KPI requirements.
- Review service reports, identify remedial actions and communicate requirements to engineering or management teams.
- Experience in a Facilities Management role managing both hard and soft services.
- Technical background with knowledge of building services and compliance requirements.
- IOSH.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
