JDS Guildford Ltd is an established property maintenance service around the Guildford area working for multiple estate agents and multiple student properties.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and cleanliness, from personal appearance to the finished product and everything in-between.

These attributes make achieving complete customer satisfaction achievable and only candidates with the correct care and attention will be considered.

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Trades Person to join up and grow our business.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.  They must also possess a pride in their work and be able to produce a high quality finish.

Currently looking for sub contractor with own tools and van with the future potential for employment with supplied van and benefits.

Requirements:

- Multi-trade experience in doing DIY property renovations, plumbing and electrics.

- Enjoys undertaking a wide range of maintenance repairs and odd jobs for residential & business customers.

- An excellent problem solver?

- A person who remains calm, cool and in control under pressure?

- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard.

- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

- Have your own tools and transport.
