Recruitment Coordinator - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

Location: (Head Office: Mundells, Welwyn Garden City)

Salary: £30,578 per Annum

Hours: Fixed term contract, 37 hours per week

Contract:1 Year fixed term contract

Reports to: Recruitment & Head Office Training Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment activity across their designated region. This is a pivotal role within the People team, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and play a key role in building our talent pipeline through both direct sourcing and external partnerships.

Key Responsabilties:

Manage and update job adverts across key platforms.
Source candidates and build talent pipelines.
Maintain ATS records and complete compliance checks (e.g. Right to Work).
Support onboarding and coordinate new starter admin.
Advise hiring managers and manage recruitment queries.
Partner with managers to meet hiring needs and timelines.
Build external partnerships and support recruitment events.

Person Specification:

Previous experience in a recruitment, or resourcing role.
Demonstrable knowledge of UK Right to Work legislation and pre-employment compliance.
Experience using job boards such as Indeed, Reed, Caterer, or similar platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
